Okay, I must have forgotten the financial reverse-engineering of the semantics wrt '1800 (units) per day' necessarily meaning batteries. So Larry did the math correctly. And as you pointed out, this rate may well be doubled after operational experience is gained, and they can safely adjust the speeds while maintaining tight quality control.

I would like to point out, though, that Lev seldom said 'cells.' He kept slipping and saying 'batteries' when he MEANT cells, and this is what listening to him say 'battery cells' or sometimes just 'batteries,' interchangeably, while he pointed to the video showing the CELLS coming off the line, made clear. Just FYI.
