qualey has taken over the nextech case as landish has his hands full with the federal case.

Another point: you keep referring to Qualey and Landish as the "AZNT Legal Team". I would therefore assume that either member of this team might, and could, represent the company in any pending lawsuit. It was, for example, Qualey who served as AZNT counsel at the 2 October injunction hearing, and Landish who acted in that capacity at the more recent hearing. Yet I understand that Landish has officially withdrawn from the NexTech case. Why would that be necessary? Qualey didn't "withdraw" from the Federal case. It appears that he simply turned matters over to his colleague Landish.

Another question: does the fact that Qualey's an officer of the company constitute any impediment to his representing the company in these lawsuits?
