If you check the GSII thread, it might not be 13 million. In previous cases the judge has issued a multiplier (13 million X 3) in damages. This will be decided in the next 3 weeks. That would make it 40 million dollars. Plus royalties if the injunction goes through. That decision will be rendered in 60 days and Guidant has a really bad record in court. If the injunction goes through, regardless of the multipier, this stock will never be 4 dollars again.
