This won't happen, period. And you know it. I agree, PE may be a rather high right now, but CSCO deserves a premium in PE because it never misses its earnings.
I remember somebody on this thread suggested that CSCO does tricks with its earnings reports and accounting in general. If this were that easy, every company would have done the same.

Do you realize that there is LESS competition to Cisco now than it was 2 years ago? Other than LU/ASND and may be NT/Bay, nobody comes close. Fore, NN are still one-dimensional, XYLN - too small, Coms/USR - too overwhelmed. Siemens and ALA don't have a clue about data networking. INTC - too late. The startups... SOME of them have interesting technology, no questions about it, and may be they are the ones that will be acquired by the real players in this game.

So keep dreaming about CSCO in the 60-70 range.
