Just talked to David Eichler the new Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO regarding the 8-k/a filing

This filing is to disclose the "party" that bought the 35m shares last year. Tawian gave the OK to reveal the name.So this was for informational only: name substitution

Patrick:

<<ALSC is running out of cash and is selling off assets to pay bills.>>

With the forthcoming sale of their interest in Maverick to Broadcom, ALSC will have plenty of stock (250K+ shares of Broadcom) to handle cash flow requirements.

In addition, as they sell off part of that stock holding each quarter, they will show a profit on the sale. That will probably wipe out any losses associated with quarterly operations.

ALSC has now turned profitable. Amazing!
