Smacs, 100 million common shares outstanding on TMMI, which is their limit. Actual number in the float unknown but I would guess that 50% or a little more are closely held by a handful of people and one creditor. Hundreds of smaller investors hold the rest although this SI group and a few friends account for about 25 million of the rest of the shares.
