Look for a morning gap in MOKA tomorrow. Buyout announced today, valued at $3.06/share, from DDRX. MOKA stock at $2 right now. After it hits WSJ and IBD and other news media tonight/tomorrow, stock should jump up closer to $3.

IVDO.. @10, one million float. Video streaming that works..

SAN FRANCISCO (Feb. 9) BUSINESS WIRE -Feb. 9, 1999--Carsey-Werner, LLC,
producer of such hits as "The Cosby Show," "Roseanne" and "3rd Rock
from the Sun," has agreed to license Burstware(R) from Instant Video
Technologies, Inc. (OTC:IVDO) for networked video distribution.

"Burstware(R) offers the first serious, stable solution for managing
the delivery of high-quality video over networks," said Richard Lang,
Chairman and CEO of IVT. "We are proud that Carsey-Werner, whose
reputation is based on producing top-quality video for broadcast, has
chosen to be one of Burstware's charter licensees. Their conversion
from Beta site to customer will provide us with continuing input that
is certain to be of great value to future enhancements of our
products."

Burstware(R) has been called the next generation of networked video
delivery technology. Instead of streaming content in "real time,"
Burstware(R) isolates video from network problems, sending
faster-than-real-time "bursts" of cinema-quality, jitter-free video and
CD-quality sound. By intelligently managing the network video & audio
deliveries, existing network infrastructure can service many additional
users with the highest quality possible, according to Lang.

"As a forward-looking entertainment company, we want to stay abreast of
the technologies that are shaping the future of the broadcasting
industry," said Don Briare, Carsey-Werner's VP of Information Systems.
"What first attracted me to Burstware(R) was its high-quality viewing
experience. The playback was smoother and sharper than anything we'd
seen in the past. Since we are in a 'high demand for bandwidth'
corporate environment, it is important that we manage our network
resources wisely. Burstware(R) intelligently manages available network
resources and that is a key selling point."

"Uncharacteristic of other similar products we've evaluated," added
Briare, "Burstware(R) installed quickly and easily on both the server
and workstations, and worked the first time."

IVT markets Burstware(R) to a wide range of customers in the broadcast,
government, distance learning and Fortune 1000 markets. Official
commercial product release is pending.

Instant Video Technologies, Inc., headquartered in San Francisco is the
leading developer of burst-mode video and audio delivery software for
networks and content providers. IVT's Burstware enables high-quality
faster-than-real-time delivery of full motion video & CD quality audio
over networks of all types. For more information on IVT or Burstware,
visit IVT's web site at burst.com.

Note to Editors: Burstware(R) is a trademark of Instant Video
Technologies, Inc.

This news release contains forward-looking statements relating to the
future performance of Instant Video Technologies, Inc. and the success
of its products, and relating to the success of its relationship with
Carsey-Werner. These forward-looking statements are subject to certain
risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially.
These risks and uncertainties are detailed from time to time in IVT's
filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

David,
I've heard that SHTV will be coming out with news soon. It was up
%120 yesterday and down %34 today. I was wondering if you have heard anything. I tried to call the company but I think they were closed. Just trying to confirm rumor.
