There is probably one or two posters here with more legal background than I, but I believe that the plaintiff must prove that such statements were made with malice. But hey lets not get this thread involved in the convolutions of legalese concerning libel and slander. We need more info about both of these companies and I am anxiously waiting for the the next releases. Trading yesterday and so far today has been interesting and looks like most of the trades have been on the bid or ask...not much in between. Low volume today seems to show that more of that cheap stock is being let loose by someone who must have a lot of the 2 cent stock. Ok by me cause it will dry up after long. If everyone is patient we can see good movement in the ensuing weeks. Those who are selling at these levels will be kicking themselves. JWMS
