I didn't receive an email from BAT. I can't see taking the risk given the information we received today. Why don't you email them?

Everytime I ask a question they don't answer or tell me "the SEC won't let me tell you" that's a pretty stupid response. I think what they meant was, "the SEC won't let me lie to you anymore so I'm not going to say anything".

Is BAAT going to be de-listed before the stockholder's meeting or is the SEC going to delist non-reporting companys later? Being in the B's they will be one of the first shouldn't they? That would make for a pretty ugly meeting I assume.
