Jeff, have you been in contact with the compny lately? 1) Do you really believe that RDIM will complete its first acquisition before end of February or will it take longer. 2) Also, have you any date for the opening of the DEMO website?

Well duh!I realize that the acquisitions are done with restricted stock.I'm no stranger to bb acquisitions and how they are done.My reason for inquiry as to the amount of stock issued is to try and get an eps forecast for the company.If they aren't going to tell us the shares out,I can't do that.You can hype a company all you want,but the final measure of value comes down to how much can the company earn for its shareholders-on a per share basis.EPS is calculated using the total shares out,not the float.If that base gets too big then any amount of money the company earns gets so diluted that the shareholders get shafted.Now can you answer the question,How many shares have been issued for the acquisition of Thunderstick?
