Irwin has already said he will not license Q's patents for multiple standards. I feel like a dead horse is being flogged. Has he lied or mislead investors before? I can't recall anything.

A dying horse is being flogged. It's name is GSM. Notice I said dying, not dead. Who really knows what the beast will do during its longwinded death dance?

My money is on the table, I've put my faith in Dr J and the Q's, but Tero is undoubtedly correct about this. A cold analytical appraisal of the facts doesn't lead to inescapable conclusions about some inevitable outcome. Even the formidable Dr Jacobs might me forced to compromise. In light of such a possibility, I'm simply asking what if?

Bux,

Just thought I'd stop in and let you know that I sold my FIRST 100 Q! shares this AM. I considered it as a sacrifice to the almighty CDMA Gods on behave of all Q-ites.

As you can see, they were very pleased and hopefully, we can now finally get on with the real show.
