grantsi,

Just my guess that the company wanted to remind old investors but just as importantly, tell new investors that NPEC is more than a telecom company as several of the releases will be focusing on telecom.

I think it is great that the company is communicating with the shareholders.

Ken

TO ALL...

I'm getting the feeling that my casual observation has lead to an odd discussion and a whole lot of misunderstanding. Let me clear up a few things...

1) I don't work for the company. I'm an investor, like many of you, who has been burned in stocks that have been slandered.

2) I wasn't implying that NPEC was gonna sue anybody. What I was saying, if you read my post, is that posting seems to be less frequent and of a more subdued nature on many sites and in many other stocks.

3) These lawsuits are not petty things, from what I understand. It isn't about negative posts, it's about out-right lies. I believe that one of the posters, who was shorting, said the CEO had been arrested for fraud and/or embezzlement and such. It wasn't true, but this guy claimed that and other things...It's about misinformation for profit not freedom of speech. Big difference.

You can still say a company sucks the big rock, just don't say the CEO ran off with all the funds unless you can prove it! -)

Sorry I scared you guys. Personally, I liked the old releases. Gave me asense of what's viable about this company...
