<<I just wonder how much of their revenue is being generated using their wireless network. I'd wager the majority is coming from the resold ILEC lines.>>

Along those lines, last week I spoke with a TGNT customer who was sold the service over 2 months ago. To date they have not yet been connected.

Steve:

TGNT has stated it is starting service in four cities. One is here in Richmond. I'm going to try to find out the particulars.

I am a few city blocks walking distance from the customer of TGNT. As I said, I'm going to find out when service starts and any other stuff.

Winstar folks,
I am having trouble evaluating CLEC fundamentals. In particular the stock I hold, espi, is valued on a per-revenue basis at 1/5 the value of wcii. Both have similar number of shares, wcii may be closer to breakeven, both have similar assets & LT debt values. Yet espi sells for $5. I haven't found any grave sins of the past, so I am puzzled how it gets sold off (many millions of shares per day late Jan.)
