DaiS >>phase III trials were carried out excluding certain categories of men, and that there is not good justification for this.<< This is standard procedure. Here is an exclusion criterion for a clinical trial that is being conducted at the present time: "Patient has a history of angina or congestive heart failure with symptoms that occur at rest (Note: patients with a history of myocardial infarction or coronary artery bypass grafting, angioplasty, or stent placement more than 1 year prior to study start may participate."
