there IS value in the tax loss, regardless of what else is said
on this thread...the mm's dont care about that, and why should
they ? if ALL else fails, in the end, the shell could be sold
for whatever price someone would pay for a 15mil or more tax
write-off, and that price has been put at 5 on the low to 12cents
on the high...i suspect it is closer to 5 cents
