esecurities, Just looked at DBCC's chart. It's clearly making a pennant. So which way does it jump next? Since the last big move was upward pre-pennant, my guess is that the next move being predicted by the pennant in this stock will be upward...

Sincerely,

Doug F.

The DBCC arbitrage play...and don't shoot the messenger..(cont)

...there is market risk, systematic risk, diversifiable risk and non-diversifiable risk...etc...portfolio theory suggests one can diversify a certain amount of [portfolio] risk by merely adding another asset [e.g. common stock] to the portfolio...or in this case by simply demanding a management/board shake-up...@nthony et al are simply and merely capitalizing upon said short-term arbitrage anomolies with exisiting financial instruments e.g. as PUTS and SHORTing...anomolies, in this case which are preventable but apparently supported by DBCCs own shareholders...Hirschfield et al simply should be ashamed of themselves and @nthony et al should be [arguably] applauded for correctly identifying and capitalizing on said DBCC arbitrage play...one which simply could have been prevented/be prevented going forward and one which existing DBCC shareholders are knowingly/unknowingly themselves supporting/fostering/incubating...
