Perhaps today's SELL recommendation from S & P is another signal that the bottom is in?

I still feel the powers that be will not let oil stay at these levels much longer. Too much risk to the stability of nations like Mexico, Venezuala, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Russia, and Indonesia and the US banks with loans there. Also important to remember that just as a modest surplus has sent oil prices crashing, a modest 5% cut in production probably would push prices back to the high teens within 6 months.
