Because the finally payment is contingent on a secondary offering, which is already in the works. Cash/Stock ratio on the final portion is based on the stock price at the time (the lower the stock price, the more shares MOKA shareholders will receive. The total dollar value will remain constant, just the cash/share ratio could change. The confusion works in our favor, not everyone has figured out the value yet. When it hits WSJ or IBD or other news media and gets digested overnight, people will see the $3+ value and the stock should start heading that direction.
