Merritt - Yes, and on the subject of fears let's not forget the treatment of Japanese-American citizens, herded off to my beloved Santa Anita race track and then to Manzanar. I lived in Ohio then but Manzanar is just a few hours drive away now - the buildings leveled, tumbleweed rolling over what is left of the grounds. At the time I thought it a bit strange that Nazi sympathizers were allowed to shout their Sieg Heils in NYC (these were the bundists) while later U.S. citizens, who happened to be Asiatic in origin were dispossessed and kept behind barbed wire. Ah well, it's a different world now. Or is it? Ralph
