heh heh.. Nasdaq went to hell in a handbasket this afternoon and MMPT gained 3 points during the debacle before giving it back... and closing at just where their range was during most of the day... I see things climbing tommorrow... should open higher... perhaps this "correction" is over... I heard Bob Pisani say today that most of the techs have already corrected by 20% and thats usually been the point when the bleeding stops and the bounce begins...Got my fingers crossed...

yes, Pete, we could see $38-39 tomorrow.

But if one attributes the plummet in MMPT to the dive in the market, then can you credit tomorrow's $38-39 to anything more than the market rebound? And if the rebound is a one-day wonder, where will that leave MMPT?

So if your prediction comes true, maybe we shouldn't be celebrating MMPT's return to almost $40. Maybe we should be looking for exit points instead!

Personally, I'd prefer to see a simple $1 gain on a day when the NASDAQ index drops 30 than to have the stock gain $8 when the NASDAQ index is up 100 points. The former tells me the stock has some inner strength. The latter tells me little.
