Thanks for the correction regarding today's trades not being tied to the article.

I note that the company has advised that it has hundreds of affidavits concerning Wellrich from the shareholders.

Um, Rico—is that a new way of telling time used by 3Com; perhaps taught at Stanford? If the article is written today, and the author says 'Now', are you sure he means 1997? I guess this short squeeze that will be happening 'any day now' has a pretty flexible time window, eh? Anytime from today, + or - 2 years, give or take a few annums? Heh, maybe the article was really written back in 1997, and the journalist has a really long submission deadline.
