Hi HITECH, I don't have a clue how them manage it, but it seems to be holding true on both the up and down swings. I guess if it were easy, others would have done it first. I have asked a friend in the Columbus, OH area who's involved with Mutual Funds to find out what he can about these folks. It's so new, it hadn't even shown up on his "radar screen" yet. It's a heck of a nice way to participate in large caps with the added volatility that makes it valuable to an asset allocation or trading method. I'll let you know if I find out anything more.
