Yes there is always a buy and a sell but what I was referring to is that there were more trades at the ask then at the bid. That means that somebody was taking in more stock than the market makers. This means that somebody believes like I do that this stock is going higher. It also means that the market makers are shorting the stock to whoever is buying as the stock has been taken down on very low volume. This would show that there are more buyers than sellers.
