It does seem strange that with the perceived incredible prospects that the smart money doesn't seem to be buying.

I am going to be interested to read about the Klockner line and the suit that involves it in the next 10Q because it was the one of the two items that tanked the stock in December. This machine was designed to package pharmaceuticals and was sold as something that would be modified. It was originally modified to work with the pure lithium metal utilized by the first battery designs. With VLNC making changes in specifications, Klockner may feel justified in the level of performance of the equipment, Dawson's "junk" reference notwithstanding. It'll boil down to what's written in the contract, but I can imagine that the problems were originally worked on with tremendous efforts and good faith on both sides. I wouldn't be surprised if many expenses were eaten by Klockner in an effort to reach a successful implementation. The Arcotronics machine is advertised as a Lithium Polymer Battery assembly machine to begin with and I would expect better performance.

Also, perhaps the 10Q will say that the company HAS furnished some product for evaluation from it's manufacturing lines and not restate that it has NOT.

Then again, maybe they could get Clinton's lawyers to handle it all for them.
