I think the deal so far is 1 LCOS share = 2.25 USAI share. At today's close will put make LCOS at $93.65.

AT, A friend of mine went down 50 pts in LCOS a couple of weeks ago. He sold -5 and if he had waited a couple more hours he could have sold +50!! Not a real volatile stock, luckily. I expect it will rebound for at least ten points soon. RickF
