No, it was one of the former owners of CCUR that is now all but out. They never knew much about the company or potential. They saw $3 and took a triple for their trouble.

Steve, I feel much better today than I did yesterday. The Marcus
rumor was confirmed and all the other things from the conference call. In other words, the fundamentals are much better today than
they were yesterday because we now know for sure, despite all the
nay sayers, that our server has been tested and it works in a cable
system. If I could have picked the company I wanted, I would have
picked Marcus because of Paul Allen.

I only worry when the fundamentals start to look negative. Everything I see for the future is positive. In addition, someone on
Yahoo bashed me and Goodboy today. You know something is going right
when they take the trouble to bash you. I agree that we will probably
see a period of high 3's and low 4's for a while now.

We are still above the year end close. After today there are a lot
of companies that can't say that. What a tough day for NASDAQ.
