FNS,

>>Hopefully, the market will have corrected and stronger stocks somewhat recovered<<

I wasn't sure what you were referring to by "stronger stocks", but I view LSI as one of them. My personal opinion is that the days of Nifty Fifty (and Internet) stocks increasing 50% or more per year are ending. This doesn't mean necessarily that they'll go down, but that to make money in this market, investors will have to start looking at other stocks.

LSI offers both value and growth, and this is why I'm long in the stock. Furthermore, while the PE is relatively low, all indications are that the earnings themselves are poised for growth.

Record bookings, plus the conference call statement (by Corrigan, I believe) that many of LSI's products have no direct competition, should translate into record earnings in the quarters ahead. However, the stock is trading at less than half of its all-time high in the low 60's.

One can never predict time frame, but I hope that with 3 or 4 good earnings reports we should be back at the all-time high. After that, we'll have to see.
