The new alienation technique of the republicans is this Crittenden anti-feminist woman. 3 guys from here have sent me her article (once was the article and 2 republican commentaries that consisted of "yeah!"). Her premise is that women should marry and have children immediately and forget the career path, that women peak in their early 20s when they are most desirable to older men. Of course the problem here is that 1) its truly humiliating to a lot of women to be viewed that way, 2) most parents of 20 year old women would not be happy if their daughters married a 45 year old male regardless of whether he was a devoted family man or not, 3) the economic realities of many major metropolitan areas make the "stay at home" mom unworkable and for republicans to endorse this as they only way they -once again- alienate a huge % of people.

Pathetic, it really is.

I don't think the Republicans are much better than the Democrats. It's too enticing to use the federal budget to buy constituencies votes. The Republicans will likely court the Hispanics and Asians, who tend to be more conservative, and the Hispanics will be an emerging voting bloc, especially with the population shifting South and West.

<<Or are we asking for too much?! >> No, you are just full of crap as usual, since none of those things represent the republican platform. And, there isn't any "we" pal, unless you are kneeling there at flynt's knees again.
