That does not show that any stock was sold. It shows that the stock has been filed. Like I said, please show your proof when making such misleading statements. That's all I ask.

little E, you're just trying to stir the pot. you know as we all know that a 144 filing is not a sale. and even if it were a form 4 filing for a sale - who cares? that's peanuts.
