You want facts (or lack thereof)? Check out all the claimed things in the DGIV "information" thread at Subject 20367 and tell me how many of those came to pass. Tell me about Louis International, the telecom company without a phone number that no one can locate. Tell me about how DGIV used a "reverse merger" with a "shell" company called Ouzel Acquisition so that they could get listed on the OTC BB. Tell me about a company that doesn't bother to file financial reports with the SEC, so there is no independent way of verifying whether they even have any business.
