Absolutely it's a steal now ..... This is THE top second tier phone company .... at a current $500,000,000 annual run rate ... and predicting $700,000,000 by 12/99 and $1,000,000,000 by 2001 ..... It's run by the best executives in the industry, and their build-out of a global network is proceeding rapidly. It also seems to be one of the best kept secrets on Wall Street, since it rightfully should be trading north of $30 today ..... but the company is not boastful ... they're just making excellent but very quiet and rapid progress .... Stay tuned ....
