OFF TOPIC ...

Trish, you cannot credit Ronnie with all that went well in his administration economically and then in the same breath state that Clinton had no impact on the economy in his term. Just like Jimmy Carter was not personally responsible for 18% + interest rates that gutted his economy, but he took the rap, and Ronnie gets credit for ending the cold war but in both cases they did not do it alone. The President gets too much blame when things go wrong and takes too much credit for the good times ,,,such is politics in America. Clinton has presided over the best economy in recent memory and he will take credit unwarranted or not just as Reagan did for the things attributed to him. We govern from the "center" in this country thank god...and the closest thing to a "Rockefeller Republican that this great nation has today is William Jefferson Clinton...the GOP has been kidnapped by the fringe and until someone has the courage to stand up to that element in the GOP it will have trouble in national elections as the platform will correctly be viewed as too extreme ...

OT:
Trish,

Truth is that Clinton actually has listened and discussed the economy with Greenspan. His actions don't profoundly affect the economy but they can and do have some effect.

JMHO and later, leroyt

<The Economy is doing well, inflation in check, employment at record levels not to
mention the stock market >

<<Do you REALLY believe the above is due to anything Clinton has
done?>>

No, I do not believe One person could achieve such a thing, however, I do Not think that because Star thinks that sex is Such a BAD thing that the country should be dragged though the turmoil that it has been.

Tell me are you happy about paying about $4.00 for each of use tax payers (which will end up more like $10.00 in taxes) just to resolve the fact that Clinton, cheated on his wife, I AM NOT.

Let it Go!!, the legal system is there to protect us all. If it is proven the Clinton lied under oath let him be judged by our legal system after office. (I must bite my tongue about the - Fat slow guy with the holier than thou attitude, what's his name ., their names Ken s and another I am ashamed to write) What a shame and a waste of MY, Our Money!
