You are looking at IVI numbers which is artificial because of the premium, misguided as it may be, compared to IVC and more correctly CMIV where your real market cap and support is. Last I looked CMIV actually was up a bit. So what ever CMIV price * to-day's exchange rate should be close to IVC.

IVI price and the premium will go up or down based mainly on sentiment. Couple of weeks ago we saw the premium narrowed to within .20 to .25 of IVC. In fact, if I had been holding IVI, I'd have pocketed the premium and would have bought IVC some time ago. That is of course, if I still wanted to be in the company.

Looks like any good news will be lost in this noise any way. Only thing that will provide support is the earnings and what they say when the earnings are released.
