Perhaps Mr. Betty hasn't heard of G.Lite? 2.5% doesn't seem very high IMHO, but maybe he's just being conservative. He has a history of that, which is a good thing from a long-term investment point of view. I still think that G.Lite DSL will drive the market higher for consumer high-speed access.
