Nope Im an advocate of fairness and I dont delude myself that SS is not a tax. Either make everybody pay it, or get rid of it (preferably the latter)

Now there's an idea.

Get everyone on welfare a free web site. Have the GAO set up and operate a materials distribution system. We're in business. Let's call it E-Welfare Reform.
