Oh, yeah, cher, I can head shrimp, and I can clean fish. I am, after all, part cajun. So, I can cook a gumbo, and a jambalaya, and a courtboullion, too. I love to fry fish, and I make a pretty decent hushpuppy. My daddy is the fisherman, and the hunter, but I love to cook. I cook biscuits and hashbrowns and bacon and pancakes for the family breakfast. I can clean a mallard, and a pintail, and I can clean a squirrel and a rabbit. I never cleaned a deer, but I know how to cook it. I know how to make sausage. I can grow tomatoes, and peppers, and such, too. What wouldn't I give for some nice Belle River crawfish right now! Chinese crawfish are much cheaper, but they just are not sweet like Belle River crawfish.
