The answer is that the float is closer to 1.1 million of which 700,000 is in non-insider holdings, also the true trading volume for today is probably closer to 200,000 as many of the trades are double printed by the market makers or double traded by the market makers.

Never the less, this stock has excellent structure and technicals and the chart is screaming for much higher levels with continued volume.

This area around $0.75 - $0.85 is an excellent place for consolidation with the next gap in the stock to the $1.25 to $1.50 level on good news.

Steady as she goes here will make for a very strong chart at higher levels.

Hope that helps,

Bigscore

PS. tomorrows volume should be around 250,000 to confirm these price levels.

Impeccable- First of all I believe that OTC stocks volume is only half of what is shown at best. Lets say that I sell 5000 shares to the MM and then he sells them to you, we see the volume as 10k but only 5k traded hands. I believe that's why you can half all volume on the OTC stocks. On top of that we could have some people buying and selling stock more then once in a day, so if I started by buying 5k then I sold them, then bought them back again and sold before the close the volume would show 20k for those four trades, yet I have no shares at the end of the day and those original 5k are back in the MM hands just as they started, but it added 20k to the volume. Plus the fact that the MM could sell back and forth to each other to make it look like the volume is up. I'm also sure there are other ways to make it look like more volume then there really is, if the MM want it to look that way. I would guess that the true volume was less then 150k. That's my understanding, I hope it helps. John F.
