Angusb, if it were up to me, I'd make sure AZNT sued everyone on SI. (Well, everyone except yEllen and Hogger. For them I wish nothing more than they exchange ICQ numbers.) But, alas, it's not my call. It's Mikey's via Spidey. Until Spidey gives the OK, I'm afraid you'll just have to be content to be on the alternate list. You know, in case one of the finalists is unable to fulfill his or her duties... that kind of thing. Just between me and you, why not try comparing AZNT to RMIL?
