My point wasn't that SFLK is another GRNO. I don't think it is and will probably buy back in should it drop significantly from here. However,in my limited experience, SEC inquiries, regardless of the merits, tend to have a very negative impact on stock performance. They tend to take forever to clear up and the SEC never seems to issue statements like "Everything checked out OK and all is legit." What reputable broker or investment letter is going to recommend a company which is operating under even a remote threat of SEC investigation?
