Joe LaStella has been working of fuel cells for years??

News to me. Couldn't have been doing much since BAAT hasn't spent any $ on R & D. BLD, in contrast, has spent hundreds of millions on R&D.

Incidently, I'm not aware that Joe LaStella has any technical training. He is described as an engineer sometimes but is not registered as such

BTW you heard it here first. I noticed on the Yahoo Chart that SSPC has a market cap of $35 M (which is insane for a company with no assets other than a million plus or minus in their account) I also notice that the shares have not traded in the past couple of days which suggests a very small float. Look for BAAT financials to be issued shortly showing their SSPC stock as an asset (say $14M worth). You can just imagine the PR ole Joe will generate out of that one. If you're still long in this PoS, Joes financials will likely be your last best chance to recover $ before the music stops.
