For the record: Hank McKinnell of Pfizer gave a presentation at the ML conference this morning. The place was packed (relative to other speakers who followed including MRK, LLY, etc. etc.). Nothing revealed that was newsworthy except he said that the battle for COX-2 revolved around mainly around OA patients--big market and also painful to patients. Said they were having sales rep pep rally with 4000 reps next week in San Francisco for Celebrex which should really get the ball rolling even more. Informal polls after talk was very positive (despite today's profit-taking action on the market) Epicenter
