Value"add"ed notes are right on. And Rich yours are great also. The notes recant the electricity all of us felt when the realization of the incredible scope of the Valence endeavor began to unfold. It has taken me a few days to really grasp and understand what this company is trying to do (on the cusp is an understatement). As Lev said during a recent conference call, an opportunity like this doesn't come along very often, one that really affects peoples lives and the way we do business.

Valence is going for the homerun. When they start they start close to full speed because the protocols will be in place and tested. When Lev was asked about more financing he replied that the plant was stocked with many metric tons of raw materials, implying they need to make batteries, and when they make batteries through a purchase order there will be a material event, and when there is a material event the stock price will move up, and when the stock price moves up there will be opportunities for additional financing. This was meant to mean that if additional financing is needed a plan is in place and of course there is Uncle Carl who is very proud of his burgeoning enterprise.

Thanks Rich, Thanks add, Thanks Pallisard and all the other attendees!!
