I am really tired of reading these wining messages about apology from Etrade. So what if they do apologize to you a big time? You feel better, financially or spiritually?
Life still goes on, and you still going to trade or invest on line, right? Complain and complain like a child does not get things solved, except bring stock down, if that is what you want.
So switch a broker or do not trade at all.

Iceberg, I believe it was signed by Kathy Levinson. It was actually a long letter. Several paragraphs. Didn't have time to read it all and planned to go back and then it was gone. Wish I had printed it now and those interested in the lawsuits will probably want it. Maybe that is why it was pulled off the site so fast?#?? I can't find it any where on there now. It was on the main page after you log in where it says "Welcome E*Trade customer". Oh well.
