off topic Anthony, actually, that's throwing up is nothing. Another one of my friends Jim, whom I work out with has another partner he works out with, and he's really into the hardcore stuff, but he's huge.. He actually brings a set of boxing gloves to the gym with him and has his partner punch him in the face repeatingly while he's doing squats, because he says it makes him more angrier and he can squat alot more ; ) I haven't tried that yet though....
