I whole heartedly agree with that. "What does 8% mean?". Who gets 8%? All shareholders including USA Networks? or only the shareholders other than USA? It's a great deal for USA Networks, they just floated an IPO and someone pocketed some serious dough, now they just got it back for a poultry 8.5% of the new company! What is the value on Lycos? Is there any recourse for the shareholders other than USA Networks. It's sounds like someone should be up for a lawsuit. If this was a good deal for shareholders I doubt the price would have fallen by 25%!! Is anyone still holding shares out there?
