Got a good feel for them in December. Picked a bunch over a couple weeks.

Send me an ICQ message everyday at 3:15 to remind me.

That in my opinion is the key time to start looking at % gainers list.

Watch them go down as daytraders exit until 3:30 and watch them go up as investor jump in and buy around 3:45

That's what I look for.

lance, thanks, I would make an effort to remember doing this
during this period of market retrenchment, however, gappers are not as easily predictable as before. The focus now must be the preservation of capital and profit, rather than the pursuits of uncertain gain.
