Interest rate declines are not in the cards, djane. The Q4 GDP number precludes that, as do higher Japanese interest rates. If the Fed were to cut now, with the JGB having gone from 1/2% to 2.5% in a little over a month, the exodus of capital from our market would make your head spin. The payoff for Globalstar, and Iridium, is sufficiently far in the future to render any argument about near-to-medium term outperformance moot. Even insiders at these companies acknowledge this fact. Hunker down... and buy at lower levels. For Globalstar the first support, if $18 is broken, is in the $14-16 area; for Iridium, if $31 is broken, is $27. If that level succumbs, it's $10 for G*, and $16-17 for I*. Not a prediction, just a technical analysis of the possibilities.
