"I think we will be around the 3 to 4 dollar range until earnings and SEC review and the application for NASDAQ occurs at the end of this month or in early March."

This statement raises so many questions, I barely know where to begin. First of all, why would the stock go back down to as low as 3? It could, of course, for any number of reasons, but just picking a number out of the air in defiance of the apparent trend makes no sense to me. Second, are you saying that ALL of those things will not occur for several weeks? "SEC review" has already occurred or is in process and, as I've previously stated, in my experience this type of inquiry has neither a formal commencement nor a formal termination. When you say "earnings," are you referring to the delayed projections? That release, too, might not come out for awhile, sure, but it could also be tomorrow. And finally, please tell me the source of your belief that the company will submit a listing application to NASDAQ within a month, because I don't recall seeing that timetable anywhere. Thanks - Eric
