What 'action concerning' you? I just checked all his posts and he's never posted to you or mentioned you. Unless you're one of the various John Does designated without an SI alias, maybe? Do clarify, please, just to reassure us that you're not just making stuff up again to bury substantial posts in a mess of phoney Girl Scoutisms. No big deal this suit anyway, imho.
