Laron,

Well I hope they have already sold.... <VBG>

But more than likely they are filings in preparation for sale sometimes in the next 90 days.

I'm assuming that many of the filings represent Capital Bay's investors who chose to convert their debt to stock late last year.

The volume certainly doesn't suggest a massive sell-off but it is certainly pressuring the stock.

Now MUCP has 90 days to issue substantial enough news to chew through any potential distribution.

But you may see some of these filings again in 90 days should these folks not sell.

But that is JUST MY HUMBLE OPINION.

Hopefully, MSU and PLR will be able to pull together some more buying into the stock.

We NEED NEWS!!! <VBG>

Regards,

Ron

Laron

For answers to the filings I would suggest calling
Micheal Porter .............1-212- 564-4700
He will be able to answer your questions

I was on the phone with him today for about 45 min.

This is also from that site ......(and is also what I got from Micheal Porter)

Form 144
Typically, the shares indicated on a Form 144 have probably already been sold by the time
you see the document. If the seller is an insider, they may actually file the Form 144 and
Form 4 sale at the same time. This makes sense. After all, why would the holder go through
the paperwork of a Form 144 unless they were ready to pull the trigger
